Very very hard to think of any pros. Decent starting salary

Cons

Bonuses are a joke compared to the rest of the industry I have many friends who are former employees and we laugh at how bad this company is and we can't believe we worked there

Salaries are above general market. Ok to use as a stepping stone to other opportunities. Not a lot of micro-managing, nice culture in field offices.

Cons

Little appreciation for their employees. Company is run like it is 1950. Male dominated upper management. Try to run the business by making their employees fearful.
