Pros

- Good benefits and salary - Nice coworkers

Cons

- Mandated AI usage (they literally track developers usage and get mad at you if you aren't constantly using it to write all your code) - Leadership is out of touch - Constant layoffs - Relies too heavily on expensive consulting companies - No loyalty to employees - Slowness and inefficiency is praised - Tons of meetings. TONS of constant company wide all hands meetings

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We want to do what we can to help our partners feel supported with mental health resources inside and outside of work. In addition to our mental health benefits such as Lyra, which offers on-demand support, we also recommend talking directly with your manager about how you are feeling and how they can best support you. If you still feel you aren’t getting the support needed, we recommend reaching out to the Partner Contact Center so that we can address your concerns.
