I was contacted fairly quickly by a recruiter

Cons

The interview was extremely awkward and there seemed to be a major disconnect with my replies and the interviewer’s understanding of my replies. Also,the recruiter never had anymore communication. Did the same to a friend of mine and we both have 20 years of leadership experience.
