Pros

The benefits are great, you get to meet some great people.

Cons

They do make it somewhat hard to move up internally when it comes to higher positions such as ASM, SM, DM, RM. They pay more to external hires. High volume stores work way harder then Cafes but get paid the same.

We are very disappointed to hear about your experience. At Starbucks, we value a work environment where you feel uplifted and supported, and pay ranges remain market competitive based on a number of annual assessments. We will share your input with our teams as we continue to grow.
