Pros

This company tries to put the person first, wether customer or partner alike. You are given the opportunity to surprise yourself, from learning to perfecting your craft. Starbucks is a very rewarding place to work.

Cons

If your on the floor (behind the counter) every limit both emotionally, and physically will be tested day in and day out. You will become addicted to perfecting your craft, however the pay will not support you.
