Pros

Great Benefits and a fun work enviroment, always something new and exciting to do. Pay is pretty good for no experience and you recieve tips as well. Lots of young workers so it's a great enviroment for college age employees. Benefits are incredible cheap medical dental and vision.

Cons

Stressful, very hard to advance in the corporation, stores are closing left and right. Stores are often understaffed due to managment cutting labor so you work twice as hard as nescessary. High turnover in management and they bring in new hires from outside the company instead of promoting from within. No uniform allotment.
