Pros

Great benefits compared to your average hourly employer. Although in the recent years there have been some serious drawbacks on those benefits.

Cons

The hours are both a pro and con. The hours you may have to keep can be extreme and most managers won't hire you unless you have open availability.

Pros

Nice colleagues, Office next to Roasting Plant, Shuttle from Station, Partners are knowledgeable of Coffe and Coffee processes, International atmosphere, lots of Americans located at this office.

Cons

Poor management, very bad benefits package compared to other companies in the region, Small office with little privacy, Strong Dutch dominant culture, no room for growth, Favoritism, no budget for personal development. Starbucks values are not shared in this location.

As a Barista, it is fun to work, you became very sociable with people around you. You also will have customer service experience.

Cons

THe work itself it a little hard. Your time must be very flexible to work as a barista. You will get sick of coffee.
