Pros
Starbucks Corporate is a fun place to work, perks include free coffee and authors and musicians appearances and performances. Good people to work with.
Cons
With-in the department I worked our VP didn't convey or execute a clear plan that we could see a road map for. I was frustrated in part because of the lack of opportunity to advance in my position. I had the support of my supervisor, but didn't feel much support beyond that. I understand that part of the lack of advancement opportunity was due to the down turn in the economy.
