      the people in the stores really care to do a good job. You can create good friends. Great place to interact with customers.

      Cons

      Lots of lip service to we care about you. they talk the talk but are not able to walk the talk. They fail short on their mission statement--take care of your people.

      Best benefits in the industry. I highly recommend to any one seeking employment in the service industry or even for those that wish to switch careers.

      It is a fast paced environment with limited down time. Must be willing to go go go the entire day. I love it.

      i like the culture esp if you are into coffee. skills are valuable for personal and professional life and most of all the benefits you get

      Cons

      shift work is tiring waking up at the crack of dawn then standing hour almost 7 hours can kill you and just carrying heavy load of milk
