Pros

Great people, great benefits, and great company. Really enjoyed my time at Starbucks... it is truly a company that is a model in the industry in terms of corporate social responsibility.

Cons

The HR Department at the Regional level lacks any kind of added value to the company when actually dealing with operation level problems. Such a joke.
