      Good work life balance. Excellent benefits package. Enthusiastic, and it rubs off.

      Pay may be competitive within the service industry. Lack of experience to be gained. Lack of possible promotions.

      great benefits, partners are usually fun, customers are usually awesome. it's not a hard job to learn--anyone can do it, really

      Cons

      management is clicky, partners are not treated equally. there is a recognition program/process in place but is not used. accountability is lacking at management level. management takes credit for partners hard work without giving due recognition.

      Pros

      Great company that cares about its employees & customers. Benefits are offered to part time employees. Ongoing training is encouraged to help provide customers with excellent service as well as giving employees the opportunity to advance career.

      Cons

      Sometimes dealing with partners who dont take their job seriously. At times of high volume atmosphere can be stressfull, have to be able to keep a positive attitude.
