Pros

Benefits, 401K, Customers are fairly nice given whats displayed in the media

Cons

Work-life balance is terrible, Managers are not concerned about your training or well-being, Pay is not enough for what you do, basically run a store while training but get paid half of the salary

Pros

Doesnt take a rocket scientist to do this work. The college benefit is amazing. Relocation within the company isnt too bad either.

Cons

Need to be a favorite to be considered for advancement. Some managers tend to worship the brand... gets weird. The shift where the store managers avoid tend to be slackers.
