Pros

Starbucks efforts to stay true to their mission and values and prioritize their employee experience makes them an excellent company to work for. They also value development and give their employees many opportunities for growth.

Cons

Stores can get very busy with all the added channels of business (Mobiles, Uber, Drive-thru) and it's hard to protect the employee and customer experience if we aren't given enough labour.

Pros

Benefits and values mean well. Tremendously talented team members.

Cons

Need to work on refining "caring"... have grown too big, too fast.
