Labor hours, rude customers and working with young people. Having to be at the store if one of your shift supervisor's call out.

Pros

Starbucks has to be your entire life to survive working here and moving up the chain. The front of house employees are amazing.

Cons

Managers are catty. Benefits are meh. Fine if you’re starting out, not suitable long term.
