      Pros

      Easy to get hired becuase they are always hiring to account for turnover

      Cons

      Chaotic, inadequate training, rude managers who didn’t know your name. This was at a theme park and I was tricked into giving my availability before being told that I would be expected to work shifts as late as 4am. They then told me I wouldn’t be able to change my open availability for 6 months so I had no option to get out of these insane shift times. So many policies like these that seemed designed to make employees as miserable and robotic as possible
