Great benefits but the job takes a toll

Pros

Benefits are great even for part time employees. Great options for moving up within the company but not to corporate moving from stores to the corporate side of things seems almost impossible. Get to work with all sorts of different people and personalities

Cons

Have to move fast and the job is very physical. Always dealing with changes decided on by the higher ups and everything is timed.
