I enjoy all that I'm learning and all that I'm responsible for, I feel like I'm well equipped to run a business after this

Cons

I'm not in love with working at Starbucks, I'd rather work at a local business that has more freedom

Pros

- Great place to work - Baristas and supervisors are lovely - Training can be done very well depending on management - Free drinks - Discounts on food, drinks and merch

Cons

- No support from store manager i report to - No room for development - They don’t show interest in myself learning even though I constantly asked - District Manager is useless
