      Expiation to go above and beyond without the pay.

      Pros

      Good benefits for part time work.

      Cons

      The consistent inconsistences with demands, company standards, and expectations from upper management. There was a lot of emphases for supervisors to "go above and beyond" without any pay raise. It became a political game with obvious biases from upper management even with overqualified induvial.
