Don't thin that India is good place to work. I have been worked in China and It was cool place and good work culture and very supportive people.Technically you can learn lots here.

Cons

Standards Charted in Bangalore very worst and If your talented then this is not your place. Initially I have applied through career portal but no calls. And My resume almost match with any Banking domain but dont know really hiring process is going in Bangalore. Karma is B in India they rejected my resume N numbers but I got selected in China with help of my friends. So for talented people India is not place to work for IT Professionals.
