Pros

Truly international, offers great development opportunities for graduates, values employees and encourages development. Takes corporate social responsibility seriously and encourages all employees to participate. Means what it says when it wants to be 'here for good'.

Cons

Too many processes in place, takes a long time to make decisions. Slightly risk averse but you could argue this is what helped it maintain growth over the years when other banks are failing.
