This led to the creation of our first employer brand, ‘Be Part of Progress’ which helps us talk consistently about what we offer, to attract the best candidates and explain to our existing employees what they can expect from working here. We have a global career hub which supports colleagues with ideas and learnings for career progression and this is a focus area so we can ensure that everyone has the resources they need to progress successfully at Springer Nature.

Thank you for sharing and sorry to read of your experiences more recently whilst you have been with us for so many years. We want all our colleagues to continually feel supported and, for those who have been here for some time, to be clear about what we stand for and have support to develop and speak up with ideas to improve things. The calibre of our colleagues is extremely high and finding similarly skilled talent in the market is not always an easy task and can take a little longer than we would like. We are working on this and we strive to regularly benchmark salaries within our industry. Thanks again.
