We listen to our manager and colleague feedback and have created a new careers at Springer Nature Hub which brings together new resources, training and events to help colleagues to take ownership of their career development. Our new office in Pune is quite popular and we invested heavily in the collaborative offices space and adapted to our global hybrid working so we have a good balance between working together with our colleagues and work life balance.
