Pros

Lively work environment & lots of responsibilities. Opportunities to learn is enormous but growth in monetary terms is zero.

Cons

There are so many...Salary is pathetic. Project executives are paid lesser than security guards. You will be forced to stretch by one or two hours on day to day basis and that too you will never be paid for your extra effort. Managers are not at all supportive and instead of guiding you to improve your performance and productivity, they always tend to find ways and reasons to let you down. Lots of politics pertain in this company. This company looks glossy from outside but once you get associated you will regret like anything. They pay entry level people salary in a range of 5-10 k and Mba's 8-11 k . Don't be surprise, that is true.

Pros

The London office was great with excellent facilities such as onsite cafe, canteen, meeting rooms. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Very large company so it often takes a long time to receive feedback from teams that aren't your own which is understandable. Different teams have different perks such as free fruit/teas which is slightly strange. It should just be the same for everyone.
