Pros

Great benefits. flexible working hours regular time is 9-5. Summer hours

Cons

Since merger management is more confused then employees. No direction, work isn't clear. All departments are split over different locations.

Pros

Great management, opportunity for growth, opportunity to serve diverse markets, and a concentration on age, gender, and ethnic diversity in their hiring.

Cons

The vision is still coming together after the recent Springer Nature merger, which means you need to work closely with your individual manager to feel like you've got a direction and a purpose - but that will change for the better in the next 1-2 years, as with any post-merger situation.

Pros

-Great work life balance: 7 hours a day, one working from home day a week, flexible working hours -Talented and experienced colleagues, so a good place to learn from other people -Generally good use of good practices and processes at the development level -Support in learning and personal development: every other Friday is hack day and every developer is allowed to use the day to work on personal projects, even not work related -Very relaxed working environment

Cons

A lot of technical and architectural decisions are made by upper business people with little or no technical input and they often result in over-engineered, un-maintanable and brittle solutions
