Nice work culture. Job security is high. Good leave policy.

Cons

No new technology uses. No technical growth. Freshers should avoid this company.

Good benefits and office location

Cons

Recent re-org has changed the work atmosphere immensely. No sign of upper management anywhere (they are all overseas). Employees are invisible to management and under-appreciated. Company is very heavily geared to outsourcing overseas and automation.
