Pros

Work life balance is very good at Springer Nature with emphasis given on employees well being. 2 days WFH across the organisation for all employees with flexibility given for managing WFH in agreement with Manager.

Cons

Salary is constraint when compared to peers probably due to Springer investing heavily in new office location in Kharadi. Yearly appraisals were upto market standards but due to new facility the appraisals were restricted and in future the picture would be same.
