Cons

- Policies are degrading day by day (work from home, team outing budget, travel budget) - Too much politics - Managers are biased - Less salary as compared to market value - People are being fired frequntly are hiring quality has degraded

The people who work at Springer Nature are wonderful. Each year you gain one extra holiday day up to 30 days per year. Springer Nature has handled the COVID-19 pandemic brilliantly.

Cons

The company does not pay well - below other companies in the industry. HR is, frankly, awful. Resources are being taken away from teams and work is ever increasing.
