Pros

People are very professional during the interview process.

Cons

1.Still didn't get the offer letter even after a year of the acceptance letter. 2.They just ruined my whole collage placement because after getting the 1 offer i am not able to participate in future placements.

Sadened to hear your experience and surprised to hear that you joined Springer Nature without an offer letter which is very strange. Early careers talent is important to us as we look to unlock the full potential of our people. I would suggest you reach out to the recruiter again to discuss to see if there is anything the tream can do to support you.

We support our colleagues to help them succeed and foster a enjoyable and professional environment where we have a good work life balance. Our Salaries are reviewed regularly against the market and our hybrid working policy is quite popular.
