I love the really healthy culture at Springer. My managers are really helpful and great mentors which I really appreciate. My team is also very welcoming and open to help and guide me when needed. I've had a really great time since starting here years ago.

As a recent re-joiner, I am proud to be working at Springer Nature again. Springer Nature is a diverse and inclusive company, and I value the various employee networks available to support employees. I have also appreciated the flexibility of the hybrid working approach as this isn’t same in previous companies that I have worked for.

Cons

A bit more work needed to align our global policies.
