Pros

Only good for freshers, that too if package is healthy

Cons

combination of bad CEO and global policies mean they have started asking employees to come office. No sensible product based org is doing that, even service based orgs are still wfh.. Also, pay is less. You will be asked to work of multiple projects at same time

Pros

Interesting work topics, relatively benign for the universe (it's science publishing, and mostly honest and useful, if with a tendency to serve the powerful), interesting co-workers, reasonable pay and benefits.

Cons

They've outsourced a lot of the work to an editorial services company in Bangalore, so there's more stress and less interesting work because a lot is just going over the work done by the vendor.
