Our contributions everyday is a great point to highlight on Glassdoor so thank you. By using our trusted brands as well as the talent of our people and the latest technology we provide verified insights that are easy for a wide range of people to understand, use and build on. We spark the joy of learning. I'm not sure I understand your comments about contracts so hard to respond to this without having more context.

Pros

Springer carries some weight in publishing business, colleagues are friendly, work-life balance is perfect.

Cons

The organization has an extremely heavy org structure and chain of commands, so many unnecessary middle management and quite some middle or upper managers simply are incompetent in leading. Work often happens in silos, no clear vision of the company and everyone enjoys living in their bubbles.

Thank you. We do offer flexibility and having a strong blend of home and work life is important for a healthy and strong culture. We made the decision to work in a hybrid culture (2 days in office / 3 days at home) so we can maintain contact between colleagues and continue to support each other which is especially critical for new colleagues to support their onboarding and transition.
