      Pune management sucks big time. And the German counterparts want to keep all leadership with them so too much politics.

      Some of the best people I've ever worked with - passionate and tireless, they go above and beyond.

      Cons

      Complete absence of management, no processes, no culture. Very apparent that business systems have been neglected for years. Note that this review applies not to the broader Springer Nature business, but specifically to Macmillan Education Australia.
