Good company, but culture could use work

Pros

Decent benefits, and they tend to promote from within before bringing in outside labor. Adequate sick days and the health insurance + matching 401K is a plus. Company invests in professional development by providing outside training for employees.

Cons

Company culture could use some work. Constant reorganizations upset morale and disrupt performance expectations. Employees tend to form cliques and this practice is (at best) not discouraged by management. At worst it is how management acts as well. Sometimes it feels like I'm back in high school again.
