Thank you for sharing your views and disappointed to read your thoughts on team meals and colleague entertainment. We have extensive resources helping colleagues to keep on top of the latest thinking and have a career hub which shares tips and ideas for colleagues to learn and take ownership of their career. We look to travel a little less to reduce our environmental footprint and take responsibility for sustainability.

Pros

I've thoroughly enjoyed my 8 years at Springer Nature. It's been a privilege to work with a fantastic team and the managers are incredibly supportive of our development. Many colleagues have been with the company for a long time thanks to the inclusive and supportive work environment. There are lots of great initiatives to get involved in beyond your daily role, including employee networks, mentorship programmes and social events. I'm proud to work for a reputable company with such an interesting history, that is well known for being a pioneer in Open Access publishing

Cons

I can't think of any cons!
