Pros

- Good Work life balance - Good place to be in if you're starting your career - Can roam around Germany once a year in the name of co-location

Cons

- Typical "Indian" Management where Managers want to be the Head of everything - Talented individually hardly survive even a year because of Politics and not enough to learn - Developers are pressurized to complete the tasks in time, throwing away the concept of "Creativity"
