      Pros

      Work like balance. Only one project to work. Work from home is available, salary will get on time. No work pressure. No need to travel in india. good for those who wanted to get job in Pune. Get 40% hike if you demand.

      Cons

      There is big communication gap of SAP department with management. be ready for fake lies. Few people do lot of gossips than work. No cubical is there so every one is watching, what you doing exactly. No new quality of work , will get same and same work for n number of times. appraisal depend on your relationship with managers rather than work you do. onsite will get 15 days max in a year.
