Pros

-Their business practice was very ethical. The company actively participated in solving some of the ethical and integrity issues in science publishing and took responsibilities on global challenges such as environment and health. - It is an international company which has offices all over the world. Their business in Asia is rapidly growing.

Cons

- After the merge in 2015, the HR and Finance of the company are still under development. It can sometimes cause confusion to the employees.
