      Pros

      I worked at Springer a while ago, so things may have changed. Whilst I was there, my colleagues were amazing; my line manager was a real mentor and my overall manager was very inspiring. The work was varied and interesting. I learnt a lot and was appreciated for the work I did.

      Cons

      Due to it's size, it took a while to feel at home and it was only towards the end of my time there that I made good friends.
