Pros

Great management - couldn't ask for a better boss Really lovely team and coworkers Active social and charity events throughout the year Fabulous offices with great facilities

Cons

Not much room for progression unless you switch between companies within Springer Nature, which just seems really illogical..? Work can be quite inane Some editors can kind of pawn off their work to you citing that they have no time to complete the task so you basically can't complain and have to be a bit of a pushover sometimes, which can be a bit degrading obviously - pretty specific, so not the case for everyone LOW PAY - similar roles are significantly higher pay and don't require a degree like this role does
