Pros

- international company - work with colleages from all over the world - very interesting projects - relatively "hands-on" for a major company - good combination of tradition / publisher and a modern IT-centric company - family-friendlich working hours;. I could reduce my working hours for a limited period of time without any problem

Cons

- no real contras; however the feel good factor differs a lot between different teams and units. I'm member of a great team, I have good superiors, I'm working on great projects.

Pros

Can't think of any positive with this compnay

Cons

There are so many- Dirty politics coming from top to bottom, Managers and the Senior management is pathetic-they are aimless and does not provide any direction. They don't believe in growing people and follow hire and fire policy based on grapevine. Suffocating environment with no freedom to add value, wants to work with same people and use same age old formulas. This company has very less potential to grow and it definitely cannot provide a stable career to anyone. Salaries they offer are peanuts. Join it at your own risk.
