At Springer Nature, our aim is to advance scientific discovery by publishing robust and insightful research, supporting the development of new areas of knowledge and making ideas and information accessible around the world. Our London Kings Cross office is fantastic and filled with such talented colleagues with wide open collaboration space and diversity of thought.

Pros

During Covid the company really looked after us, I felt wonderfully supported and protected! They have great offices, plant-focused and clean.

Cons

They lied to me about what my job was going to be at the beginning, and then handled it extremely badly, no apologies or even explanations. Zero job progression. Management wasn't great, and no way to address this or give feedback.

We were proud that we were able to help inform universities and experts to provide critical thinking on Covid during the crisis and we were satisfied of the support we offered every colleague within the group and how quickly the teams were up and running so we could ensure we felt protected. We do want to hear feedback and take our responsibilities seriously for all colleagues to feel comfortable in speaking up. Our anonymous Speak up system is run by a 3rd party and we look to support all our colleagues. We also run regular survey's so we actively welcome feedback and open to hear where we can continue to make improvements.
