Pros

If there was an option for 0 stars I would probably go for that. I liked working at Crest till the time I was walking the Manager walk after that it was hell's road to put it lightly. The minute you oppose the management's decisions this place forgets the hours and dedication one has put into the company.

Cons

The HR & Senior Management needs to be trained on how to run a company. These people wouldn't think of the person and his commitments just their own gain. They will put you on a pedestal if they think they can squeeze more work out of you. Once the project is done you don't get proper appreciation. The Management at Crest asks a person to leave if they feel like. If you ask to speak to the CEO he will avoid you and not talk to you almost like he was afraid of meeting you. It was very strange and unprofessional to experience such characters in a work place environment. Their Hire & Fire policy remains the same 3 yrs on I still hear of Crest firing folks who have been loyal to them for more than 6 yrs. Now they seem to be losing business as well. If things don't improve they might just find themselves back in Giga Space or worse.
