Pros

The London Glasshouse premises are superb with a canteen, cafe and excellent meeting rooms and the Kings Cross location is great.

Cons

Since the merger/takeover people have been leaving in droves as they feel undervalued. Some truly excellent colleagues have left out of frustration and in general there is low morale. It astounds me that some staff are even on the company's payroll. The work is not as interesting as in previous companies. The new company leadership comes across as arrogant and is apparently not averse to treating staff like cannon fodder.
