Easy going environment. Heaven for those who can get away with not doing much work. Good work-life balance. Ample leave. Lots and lots of opportunity to travel.

Cons

Talking about Springer India specifically, salaries are low and not commensurate with qualification or experience. There is a dire need for better managers- the top management is abysmally bad. No transparency at all. No work from home option.
