Pros

Flexibility everywhere (Time/Work/Technology) Good Culture. Good Teams to work with. Almost agile (although the culture left by Thoughtwork employees is degrading day by day)

Cons

They focus on hiring new force rather than thinking about retaining the present one. Few of the good resources have already left and some other are leaving, but the management is not bothered. They are spending every possible effort in hiring new and good quality talent but irresponsible about the hikes, perks that should be given to at-least the deserving employees to keep them motivated.

- Good environment working in the Digital Operations department - not too much micro management, autonomy - good support from colleagues, sharing knowledge, learning opportunities

Cons

- hierarchie, too many management layers, long ways for decisions to be passed from top to bottom or the other way round - poor communiction - company size seems too big, roles unclear and sometimes overlapping - a lot of changes in structure and management and no adequate response to handle this - some resources missing but recruiting not happening in appropriate timely manner

Since merger management is more confused then employees. No direction, work isn't clear. All departments are split over different locations.
