Hi, we are very sorry to hear that as an existing employee of the organization you feel so. We take pride in our open door culture and would really look forward to you writing to us about any issue being faced by you or brought to fore so that we can collectively resolve / fix it. We assure you that we do not tolerate any politics in the organization and will take appropriate action if any instance is brought to light. Hope this helps.

Pros

Very flexible work schedule. Approachable manager. Most co-workers are awesome and deserve praise.

Cons

Constant layoffs from 2 different restructurings within a few year span. Although great severance from what I hear. In my case instead of being laid off I was recycled into a different position which I have stated I don't enjoy before and after placement. But hey that's business. There is also one problematic employee that I hear in not the only one that has issues with.
