InScience is successful because the people who work here are talented, driven, passionate and highly skilled. But almost more importantly, they care about each other, their job, their clients and this company, we make an excellent and successful high performing team. Springer Nature is a BIG company with many offices and delivering many services to the healthcare profession and others so there will always be varied views but the company as a whole is stable and focused on providing a service to improve patients lives and educate individuals outside of healthcare. It provides good benefits that are inline with or better than competitors and if you work hard you will be recognized and your teams will be invested in if you demonstrate proactive creativity and provide effective products and services efficiently.

Cons

Being part of such a big ship sometimes things take a while to change, but that is balanced by job security and good benefits.
