Thanks for sharing your review from the Pune office. We do have a great culture and our supportive and collaborative environment are valued highly by many. We do invest in our people and pride ourselves in investing in colleague development and offer IJPs as well as other roots to explore opportunities. For our internal job fairs where we invite colleagues to find out more and learn about how to take ownership of your career in order to develop. In Pune we have the highest ratio of internal moves globally.

We do have a careers hub which encourages all our colleagues globally to search for learning opportunities as well as career change tips and guides with an up to date list of all our open roles allowing for internal mobility, In our India office we actually have the highest mobility globally which we are investing in by offering regular internal job fairs so colleagues can take ownership of their career progression.
