Pros

you will find good friends who will be going through bad time

Cons

This company has the most terrible policies when it comes to salaries and appraisals. If you want to take about 7-11 percent appraisals no matter how hard you work and no matter how low your initial salary was then please join this springernature. Your managers will tell you that there is a shortage of funds this year (they will tell you this every year), while you see million being spent around you on creating fancy interiors. They seem to have lost site of the fact that our clients pay for the production and not for the fancy interiors. upper management does not have any respect for its employees

Pros

work environment/atmosphere is good, but due to the comparable average age of workforce and similar educational backgrounds. No credit goes to the company and the management.

Cons

Been working for the organization for almost 2.5 years now in the Editorial services department. Have seen the number of the team grow significantly. There is no shortage of sycophants, politics, prejudice and favoritism. So, eventually, undeserving candidates with minimal caliber have assumed leadership roles in this department. Because the managers themselves prefer favoritism. But this isnt even the worse part. The company will spend a fortune on infrastructure but sadly the compensation is continually bad. the organisation focuses on cosmetics but not the employees. My advice is not to join unless you are ok to working on low compensation.
