All good Work Life balance is excellent Timings are flexible No pressure of work Senior Management is extremely supportive Leadership principles are extremely strong and implemented

Cons

Not bad Every organisation has it's cons. And can be seen in different ways.my experience overall with Springer Nature is extremely well and would recommend this as a top most place to work with.

Pros

professional atmosphere company is serious about its core business summer and winter staff parties with decent food and drink allowance food in cantine at decent price

Cons

At least in the department I worked in (editorial), there was a strict top-down approach. Upper management made their plans and implemented those Salary was low considering most colleagues held a PhD
